MARY YANKUS:  Mary has been in the screw machine industry since 1978.  She was the office manager for another local screw machine shop until 1993 when she founded and assumed the presidency of GYMTEK Incorporated.

Rich and Mary have 2 married daughters and 4 grandchildren.  She is active in the church and enjoys feeding the wide variety of birds that visit her farm.

Mary is an active member of The Association Of Women In The Metalworking Industry and holds a firm belief that our employees are our greatest asset.

RICH YANKUS:  Rich has been working in the screw machine industry since 1958 after his discharge from the US Navy.

Rich became a part owner of a screw machine job shop in 1977 and since that time has been involved in all phases of manufacturing - ranging from setup & operation to quoting and purchasing equipment.

Rich is a history buff who enjoys puttering in the woods of the farm that his grandparents homesteaded.  

ROLLAND BOLEN:  Rolland joined GYMTEK in 1999 and has undertaken several projects to update our administrative and productive capacities.

Rolland holds degrees from Rock Valley College, Northern Illinois University and Marquette University.
